Alongside the main objective of capacity building for social dialogue focused on sustainable development, employment and decent work and raising the awareness of both the nationally represented social partners as well as their members in Bulgaria, the basic activities of this project are:
Selection of topics (with the Norwegian partners and based on realities in Norway)
Development of informative training packages on sustainable development goals, green jobs, etc.
Conducting informative training for employers’ and trade unions’ representatives to increase their knowledge and competences, and thus the possibilities for consultation in social dialogue with the participation of organizations at national and sectoral level.
Identification and study of good practices (with the Norwegian partners and based on the situation in Norway) on the role of employers and trade unions in creating new skills, sustainable production and consumption patterns
Conducting several thematic and discussion meetings in Bulgaria
Organisation of a closing conference with Bulgarian and Norwegian partners (beginning of 2024 in Sofia – details will be posted here at a later stage)
