- Capacity building of social partners in Bulgaria for social dialogue focused on sustainable development, employment and decent work

- Development of education packages and training on sustainable development goals, green jobs
- Contribute to transfer and adapt the Norwegian expertise in Bulgaria
- Representatives of the social partners organisations from the food-processing and drink industries, the chemical industry and other sectors
- Members of BIA and CITUB and the sector organizations at employer’s and trade union’s level
